A boys love of, pizza, lasagna and chocolate cake.
Course One
Roasted red pepper and tomato bisque, cheese crostini, crumbled chorizo.
Course Two
Deconstructed lasagna with braised beef, beef demi glace, mornay sauce, blistered tomatoes, Tre Sorelle fresh pasta, parmigiano crisp
Course Three
Chocolate stout cake, malted chocolate mousse, fruit coulis, meringue, chocolate pearls.
Vegetarian Option
Mushroom and Leek Lasagna, Mornay Sauce, Blistered Tomatoes, Parm Crisp, Herbed Ricotta
